16 Medals and Team Gold for Evolution at the CIMAC Superleague
Evolution Martial Arts Competitors travelled to Windsor in London where they kicked off 2022 competing against kick-boxers from across the country at the CIMAC Superleague Championships. Evolution Martial Arts from along Spalding Road in Boston finished 7th out of over 50 clubs in attendance. Our team finished with some awesome results and performances from each of them.
Proudly Evolution Martial Arts took the Gold in the Junior Team Event with competitors of Talon Chambers, Mackenzie Warrant, Emily Greatrix, Jack Greatrix, Andrew Gregory and Paige Stedman. Our Evolution team came up against Team Bristol in the final with some exciting scores throughout the match.
Individual Golds were achieved by Zac Baldry in the Senior (19+) Men -65kg Light Continuous were he dominated the category and won against a Welsh competitor in the final, Emily Gregory in the Senior (19+) Ladies +65kg Point Fighting were she had some excellent performances and beat a competitor from Birmingham in the final and Mackenzie Warrant in the Boys Cadet -63kg Light Continuous were be came up against his Team Mate Andrew in the final were both Evolution Competitors did fantastically.
Silver Medals were achieved by Emily Gregory in Light Continuous, Talon Chambers in Point Fighting both Junior and Senior, Andrew Gregory in Light Continuous, Emily Greatrix in the Light Continuous, Jack Greatrix in the Light Continuous and Julia Kusyk in the Point Fighting and Light Continuous .
Bronzes Medals were achieved by Emily Gregory in the Senior Ladies Open Weight, Paige Stedman in the Junior Girls Open Weight, Emily Greatrix in the Point Fighting, Mackenzie Warrant in the Junior Boys Open Weight and
Talon Chambers in the Junior Boys Open Weight.
Runner ups were Lawrence Gould, Olivia Green, Rhys Coleman and Theo Magalhaes.
