8 Golds for Evolution Athletes at the CIMAC Adidas British Open 2022

On Sunday 3rd July 2022, 11 competitors from Evolution Martial Arts in Boston, Lincolnshire travelled to High Wycombe in London to compete at the CIMAC Adidas British Open 2022.

All of the athletes did extremely well and won a fantastic 8 golds, 3 silvers and 4 bronzes!

Taking the double gold medals were Mackenzie Warrant, Emily Greatrix and Emily Gregory. All of these fighters not only won their weight category but also the weight category above in the Light Continuous Fighting.

Nesta Baxter and Julia Kusyk also took home the gold place position in their respective categories.

Silver medals were awarded to Andrew Gregory, Izabela Kusyk, who lost out to an athlete from Belgium in the final, and Lawrence Gould.

Bronze medals were won by Theo Magalhaes-Ziobro, Jack Greatrix, Mackenzie Warrant and Wiktoria Kusyk.

Achieving runner up positions were Olivia Green, Kacper Jurga and Blake Calisto.
