Bronze at the Hungarian World Cup 2023

On Sunday 18th June 2023, Nesta Baxter travelled to Budapest in Hungary to represent Evolution Martial Arts and compete in the 28th Hungarian Kickboxing World Cup. At the World Cup there were 43 nations, 333 clubs and 2024 athletes all competing at this world-class tournament.

Nesta won a Bronze Medal in the Senior Female -65kg Light Continuous category after successfully making her way to the Semi Finals where she came up against the reigning European Champion of the category from Slovenia. The fight was close between Nesta and the current Champion although it was the Slovenian who made her way to the final and became the eventual winner of the category.

Nesta would like to thank her coaches and everyone who supported her to be able to improve and continue with her success on an international level.
